We offer superior selections of fruit, flower and foliage plants as well as speciality agriculture crops. Our product range includes but is not limited to the following.

Alocasia:- Production commenced in 1991. Presently exporting plants to the USA.

Alpinia:- This is a variegated ginger being exported to the USA.

Alstroemeria:- We have produced over 200,000 plants for the Holland & Japan markets.

Anthurium:- We produce both Anthurium andreanum & Anthurium scherzarianum species. Production commenced in 1994 with export to the U.S.A. We presently produce 250,000 plants per annum for the export as well as the domestic markets.

Banana:- :- We produce 500,000 plants for the export as well as domestic market.

Calathea:- - We have the experience to produce a vide variety of Calathea (Roseopicta , Zebrina , Pseudoweitchiana , Warcewizii , Oppenheimiana , Mauiqueen, Rufibarba , Medallion ,Ornata , Vareigata , Helen , Pictaroyal etc.

Calla lilly:- is being exported to Europe.

Cardamom:- This was the first product from AVT Biotech Division propagated through Tissue Culture primarily to improve the quality of the plants on our own plantations. Subsequently Cardamom was produced for sale to the Spices Board and other plantations companies.

Cordyline:- Presently being produced for the US market




Cyclamen:- We have exported plants to Japan & Europe .

Date Palm:- Technology acquired through a consultant based in the U.K. We have marketed our Tissue Cultured Date Palm in countries like UAE, Oman, Lebanon, Kuwait, and Gujarat in India. Plants planted in India have given good yields. We are presently producing Date Palm on an exclusive propagation contract for customers in the UAE. Plants are also available for regular spot sales.

Delphinium:- Production commenced in 1997 .Today we export approximately 100,000 plants per annum.

Ferns:- Varieties produced - Humata, Davallia, Rumohra and other native species.

Ficus:- Production commenced in 1991 with a modest 281,000 plants/year. In 1994-95 production zoomed to half a million plants .The product is supplied as clumps (5+ -7+ shoots) to suit customer requirements in Holland and U.S.A. We can produce both Benjamina and Elastica varieties.

Garlic:- Production commenced in 1998.We have done 100,000 nos in 2001

Gerbera:- We currently produce 500,000 plants per annum for the export market .

Gloxinia:- Being produced for Europe .

Helleborus:- Introduced in 1998 and exported to Japan.


Lilly:- We began with a delivery of 800,000 plants in 1986 and moved up, to a production of 3.5 million plants in 1995. The bulbs are supplied as clumps or singles.

Limonium:- We produce both Limonium sinuatum and Limonium latifolia. We presently have an exclusive production arrangement with one of the leading Floriculture Companies in Japan and produce over 1 million plants / year. Our Tissue Culture Limonium plants are exported to Holland, Spain, Ecuador, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, Israel, Columbia, New Zealand & Korea.

Marigold:- Is being produced for our sister concern to multiply new selections and also fast track breeding programmes.

Onion:- We have produced 600,000 plants / year for a breeder in the U.S.A.

Orchids:- We produce 100,000 plants / year for the domestic market. Varieties are Dendrobium, Phalaenopsis, Oncidiums, and Mokara. Plants are available as In vitro, Ex vitro and hardened stages.

Rhododendron:-We have exported over 50,000 plants to Europe.

Senecio:-Introduced in 1998.

Spathiphyllum:- Production commenced in 1991, with the export of 20,000 plants to U.S.A. and Holland. Volumes increased to 4 million plants in 1993-94. The product is supplied as singles as well as clumps as per the customer requirement. Varieties produced - Petite, Viscount, Pallas, Classic Viscount, Double take, Claudia etc.

Strawberry:- Commercial production system available.

Syngonium:- Plants are supplied as singles and clumps. Varieties in production - Lemon Lime, White Butterfly. Countries to which exported - U.S.A., & Belgium.

Vanilla:- AVT has produced over 500,000 plants of vanilla since 1992 primarily for its own plantations and for the domestic market. In 2003 Vanilla plants were exported to Indonesia ,Sri lanka & Holland.

Wasabi:- Introduced in 1998. Presently exporting 150,000 plants for the Japanese market.
